If one of the heptagons is larger, the crystal primarily exhibits the characteristics of a channeling crystal. If there is a large triangle paired with two larger heptagons and the remaining faces are smaller, the crystal predominantly has the properties of a transmitter crystal. For the following exercises and meditations, it is best to use a Dow Crystal with faces of equal size. Hold the Dow Crystal at a certain angle, looking through one of its heptagons at the triangle on the opposite side. You will see this phenomenon: within the crystal, a three-dimensional pyramid of light exists. During this meditation, your consciousness will actually enter the pyramid of light within the Dow Crystal. Sit cross-legged, close your eyes, and straighten your spine. Imagine you are inside a pyramid, with the apex at the top of your head and your crossed legs and hips as the base. Hold this visualization throughout the entire meditation process. In a state of complete focus, allow your awareness to enter the pyramid of light through the Dow Crystal; within the pyramid, remain silent and still, opening your heart to let the essence of the Dow Crystal imprint onto your aura.
