Before working with the Channeling Crystal, hold it in your left hand and let your mind follow the flow of your breath to quiet your mind. Meditate on the seven virtues, allowing them to become the focus of your thoughts and identifying with them. Visualize a beam of pure blue light around the throat chakra and a deep purple light at the third eye. After activating these two chakras, verbally call upon the light and wisdom of your soul to guide, protect, and inform you.<\/p>

The second method is to perform a mudra by bringing the index fingers and thumbs of both hands together, connecting the Jupiter wisdom (index finger) to one's self-identity (thumb), and keeping the other fingers straight.
