The number seven symbolizes the endless inner truths that can be obtained when an individual explores the inner temple; the number three represents the expression and manifestation of inner truths. When we add three heptagons and three triangles, the sum is thirty, which can be further reduced to a three in numerology, symbolizing the Trinity, which is constantly moving like a cycle. Within this circle is everything that becomes the cycle of creation: from beginning to end, from birth to death and even to rebirth. Pyramid Meditation with Dow Crystal
When using any crystal or other modality as a healing method, it starts with intention and trust because our outer world is manifested by our state of being and we have complete control over our life experience. We know very little about abilities and responsibilities. Based on this, we have to express our intention and use them with enthusiasm in order to receive a certain degree of feedback.

Gaze quietly
Hold the Dow Crystal at a certain angle, looking through one of its heptagons at the triangle on the opposite side. You will see this phenomenon: within the crystal, a three-dimensional pyramid of light exists. During this meditation, your consciousness will actually enter the pyramid of light within the Dow Crystal. Sit cross-legged, close your eyes, and straighten your spine. Imagine you are inside a pyramid, with the apex at the top of your head and your crossed legs and hips as the base. Hold this visualization throughout the entire meditation process. Hold the Dow Crystal with your left hand facing downward, and look through one of its heptagons at the triangle behind it (note: the larger the triangle behind, the larger the pyramid).

In a state of complete focus, allow your awareness to enter the pyramid of light through the Dow Crystal; within the pyramid, remain silent and still, opening your heart to let the essence of the Dow Crystal imprint onto your aura. Do not judge what you experience with your mind or try to control it with your feelings; simply "be" within this glowing pyramid, letting this perfected pattern create its form. Feel what the state of perfection is like and allow this truth to be transmitted to every aspect of your being.

At the end of your meditation, bring your awareness back to your body and take a few deep breaths. Gently close your eyes and feel what you have just experienced in the Pyramid of Light. Overlay the image of the Pyramid of Light into your still meditating body, connecting simultaneously to the tip of your crown chakra and the root of your Muladhara chakra on the earth.
